Fantastic location, had a blast exploring the nearby attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, fueling me up for my city adventures. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making my stay pleasant.
Oh, the joy of being greeted by strangers outside my ground floor window all day, and the delight of using a single layer of sheet to cover an unwashed double blanket. So posh!

We had a fantastic stay at the apartments. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the town centre and lake. We felt safe being tucked away from the main street, especially as a group of five female travelers. the apartment complex itself was enchanting and provided great photo opportunities. Our point of contact, Ciro, was exceptional in giving us fantastic recommendations, ensuring a smooth check-in, and even organizing a taxi for us during a heavy rainstorm.
The parking situation was not ideal as there was no parking available at the apartments. We had to use a public parking lot, which required payment at the parking machine.

Stayed at Acquaterrafuoco - City for a short getaway. Lovely newly decorated apartment near the train station and lake. Well-equipped with kitchen amenities, comfy bed, and clean bathroom. Owners were easily reached and very helpful with local tips and information.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I absolutely loved the hotel's elegant and charming decor. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt transported to a world of luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings was truly impressive. It made me feel like a queen during my stay. The hotel's general areas were also well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate with my mobility challenges. I appreciated the thoughtfulness put into making the hotel accessible for senior people like me.
I would only ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children working there could be more attentive and understanding to our needs. Sometimes, they seemed preoccupied or rushed, which made it difficult for me to communicate my requests effectively.

The location of the apartment is excellent, just a short walk from the bustling pedestrian area of the city center. There are plenty of charming coffee shops and restaurants on the same street, perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. the rooms are modern and clean, with all the amenities you need. the bathroom is updated and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and convenient space. the friendly and helpful host offers great recommendations and goes above and beyond to assist guests.
One minor issue is the lack of private parking, but there are options available nearby, including a large multi-storey car park and free street parking in the evenings.

Great location, close to the lake and city center. - Helpful host with great recommendations of what to do and where to eat. - Lovely simple Italian breakfast included in the price. - Washing machine available for use, which was handy for us traveling with small kids.
Felt very well looked after, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was a delightful surprise, I felt like I was dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant. The staff at the front desk were so warm and welcoming, they made me feel like I was the queen of Como. And can we talk about the express check-out? Finally, someone who understands I have better things to do!
Who needs contact with the owner anyway? It's not like I wanted any questions answered or any issues resolved.
